Commercial relations between the buyer and Affair37.com are officially regulated by Government Ordinance 130/2000, regarding the protection of consumers in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days from receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

The administrator of Affair37.com makes constant efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information on the site, but sometimes they may contain inaccuracies (specifications or prices of products modified by the manufacturer without prior notice or tainted by operating errors). Attention: the photos are for informational purposes and may contain accessories that are not included in the standard packages.

Fraud
